Dale Reitsma has 20+ years’ experience in the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) communications industry, designing radios and radio systems, overseeing hardware and software engineering efforts, product development, and sales and systems engineering at Daniels Electronics Ltd. and Codan Radio Communications.
Most recently Dale was the Director of Business Development and Innovation and VP of LMR Engineering at Codan Radio Communications. He is skilled in LMR radio design and systems, mobile communications, and radio frequency (RF) and microwave engineering.
Dale possesses extensive experience in project management, SR and ED, GAAP engineering capitalization, NRC-IRAP, ISO 9001, FCC and Industry Canada approvals, as well as Agile Scrum for HW and SW projects. He has managed complex sales systems opportunities using Miller Heiman and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Since 2004, he was the company technical representative for the TIA P25 TR-8 Engineering Committee.

- Dale holds a M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, with a microwave/RF engineering and software defined radio specialization from the University of Victoria.
